Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming
customer appointment and service calls in a courteous and personable
fashion.
- Create service estimates
for customers
- Handle tire storage
- Create work orders as
needed for internal team
- Route calls to
appropriate person and take messages for service staff who are
unavailable.
- Maintain liaison with
staff who are absent from the premises in order to expedite messages to
them.
- Generate and maintain
ASM's appointment schedules on daily & monthly basis.
- Electronically schedule
service appointments for the Assistant Service Managers, distributing the
work evenly unless otherwise directed by management.
- Obtain all the relevant
information from each customer, including name, phone number, vehicle
model and service required and record it on the appointment scheduling
system.
- Establish the customers
mode of transportation away from the dealership for all Lexus customers
and make any necessary arrangements.
- Contact customers for
follow-up purposes as requested by management
- Any situation that
results in less than satisfied customers is to be brought to management
attention immediately.
- Type letters and reports
as required.
- Act as back up for
absent service department employees as requested by management.
- Perform any other
administrative or clerical tasks as directed by management.
You’ll also need to have:
- Customer service experience in a dealership (considered an asset).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to
multi-task will ensure you succeed in this role
